Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of submission, provided that shipping has not yet commenced

Returns

You have the right to return a product within 7 days of receipt, provided that it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In the case of a defective product, we cover the cost of return and replacement.
